Dream Big

A lot of you have been giving us feedback on our behind the scenes and bloopers videos from the JustKiddingParty Channel. You guys seem to think that working with JKF looks really fun and appears to be the dream job. And you know what? It is. We’re absolutely grateful to be doing what we do and we’re lucky to be where we are, but we definitely didn’t plan for this. As kids, we all had whack ass dream jobs for ourselves. Most of us on the JK team had really random, makes you think “WTF” type of dream jobs. But you guys should know us pretty well by now, so none of this should come as a surprise to you.

What was your dream job when you were a kid?

Bart: I didn’t even know the name of a military person. I called him “Army Man.” LOL

Joe: Piracy… I wanted to be a pirate; with one eye, one leg, and a huge black hat. I thought it was pretty cool to make a career out of robbing ships, fighting people, and hunting for buried treasure. Best part of all was having a parrot on your shoulder that repeated what you said and a monkey that helped you steal things. ARGHHHHH MATEY

Geo: I always wanted to be a makeup artist, a singer, and a stage/theater actress.

Casey: I really wanted to be a chef when I was a kid. I think there’s something magical about turning something raw and inedible into something absolutely fucking delicious. Pixar’s “Ratatouille” pretty much sums up my thoughts of my childhood dream job. In fact, I’m pretty sure I would have pursued culinary arts, had I never picked up a camera.

Tommy: When I was like 5 – 14 yrs old, I wanted to open up a restaurant with a side venue for artists/shows.

Kevin: My dream job was to be happy with whatever I do

Anh: Rockstar Musician Lawyer.

Anhieee: I wanted to be the country’s #1 assassin. I think I would’ve been good at it if my huge fucking conscience hadn’t gotten in the way. No one would’ve suspected me.

Daniel: I really like the way tearing the perforated lines on movie ticket stubs feel. I wanted to be that guy who tears them when you walk in.

Bruce: I always wanted to be a fire fighter that had the powers of Superman!

Yeah… nothing even close to what we’re doing now. Hell, who are we kidding? Working with JKF is still a whack ass dream job. Not everyone gets to wake up everyday and have work feel like play. Fuck yeah.
